Our Mission
Elevating the Next Generation of Precision Dancers
We created Precision Dance Collective out of a shared desire to give dancers a professional space to refine their technique and train with real purpose. Precision dance develops the spatial awareness, timing, and technical clarity that elevate performance in any style—and those are exactly the foundational skills that build consistency, confidence, and longevity in a professional career.
That’s why we pair rigorous technical training with direct industry access, career education, and guidance on building a sustainable life in dance. Because success in this industry is about more than what happens in the studio.
It’s the standard we’ve built PDC around. As two former Radio City Rockettes, we bring over 40 years of combined professional dance experience—including 29 seasons with the Rockettes—to every workshop, empowering dancers to perform with clarity, strength, and presence.
PDC is a space for every dedicated dancer—regardless of body type, background, or where you are in your career. Precision is a skill. It can be learned, refined, and owned by anyone willing to do the work.
More Than Dance Training
Built for the Full Arc of Your Career
At PDC, we believe a dancer’s training extends far beyond the studio. Designed for pre-professional and professional dancers alike, our workshops connect you directly with our network of agents, casting directors, and top industry professionals—and equip you with the practical knowledge to build a sustainable, successful career in the performing arts.
Industry Connections
We connect dancers directly with our vast network of agents, casting directors, and top industry professionals—relationships built over decades of working at the highest levels of the industry.
Career Education
We guide dancers through building their complete professional toolkit:
- Audition preparation
- Résumé & dance reel across multiple genres
- Songbook & 16-bar audition cut
- Headshot that captures your essence
- Personal brand that opens doors
Longevity & Wellness
Dancers are athletes. We emphasize strength training and active recovery alongside technical work—giving dancers the physical foundation they need for long, healthy, sustainable careers in the performing arts.
