Monthly Collab Workshops
3-4 day mini intensives that focus on ballet, tap and jazz, the foundations of precision dance. Each collab will include technique classes in tap and ballet as well as choreography sessions in jazz and tap. These choreography sessions will focus on the attention to detail including pathways, angles and musicality. On the last day, the dancers will have mini presentation and receive direct feedback from Katie and Sarah, as well as any guest teachers.

COLLECTIVE STRENGTH
There’s no question dancers are athletes as they spend countless hours training both inside and outside the studio as well as performing at an extremely high level during single and multiple show days!
The physical strength of a dancer is often times an indicator of the longevity of a career in the performing arts industry. Taking care of our bodies, both mentally and physically, gives us the opportunity to perform for years, even decades, at the peak of our craft, and this is something we take to heart at PDC. We’re firm believers that strength training is best implemented prior to a grueling rehearsal schedule and audition season. So, we’re bringing you an 8-week program designed to build strength and stamina alongside muscular endurance that will leave you feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on stages all around the world!
SESSION 1: Wednesdays, 12-1:15P — Begins 1/29
INCLUDED:
— 8 Classes (see website for exact dates)
— Two 1:1 check-ins with Sarah and/or Katie throughout the program
— Personal equipment to keep (Weights/Mat/Resistance bands)
